JOB SUMMARYPro-actively handling Human Resources administration, Payroll, Employee Engagement, recruitment and on-boarding, following human resources guidelines, policies and procedures which have to be in accordance to the local law and in compliance with the corporate Human Resources guidelines and service concepts.Assist in employee grievance handling, exit interviews, and maximizing employee efficiency.CORE WORK ACTIVITIESAssist in developing and implementing recruitment, screening systems and procedures to attract qualified candidates suiting for vacancies.Pro-actively coordinating with department heads and hotel incharge with regard to employee probation, goal setting and performance appraisalsEnsuring to have 100% compliance with regard to payroll, attendance and leave administration.Ensuring to have 100% compliance with regard to employee personnel file.Proactively coordinate with HR colleagues and ensure all the new hires have a very positive and welcoming experience such as travel, on-boarding, housing and orientation.Coordinate with the HR team with regard to HR and Payroll auditCoach and guide junior team members with regard to their day to day HR administrationOversee all other HR functions such as payroll, insurance, filing and administration, tickets, employee welfare etc;Assist employee welfare committee meetings, employee engagement activities etc;Ensure compliance with regard to all required policies and procedures.Conducting exit interviews and inform Cluster HR Manager as and when necessary.Closely coordinate with Housing team with regard to employee accommodation.Ensuring all the HR reports are prepared and submitted on time.To have periodic calender with regard to employee locker inspections and ensure to have the facilities are well maintained.Ensure data integrity with regard to HR systemsCoordinate all the surveys related to employees requested by various authorities.Assist cluster HR Manager with employee engagement survey and action plans as necessary.Assist cluster HR Manager in preparing and submitting CAPEX, payroll budgets and forecast etc;Drive projects as assigned by cluster HR Manager.Work closely with EHS and Security Manager to ensure all the HR related points are in compliance with regard to various audits.Coordinate effectively with HR team, department heads, housing with regard to COVID 19 testing, cases and vaccination drive.Additional ResponsibilitiesPerforms other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.Occupational, Health, Safety and SecurityReport work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to your direct manager/supervisor. Follow all company policies and procedures related to occupational health, safety and security. Develop and implement appropriate OSH procedures in the department by ensuring OSH management systems are in place and operating effectively.
