For UAE Nationals only.Develop the human resources policies and procedures in coordination with the heads of HR departments, follow up on these activities effectively and contribute to the development of human resources systems and processes while adhering to the policies and procedures adopted by the government and reporting on the progress periodically.Standardize reporting, dashboards, and analytics for the HR Department.Develop reporting capability and functionality to understand key trends throughout the business.Ensure that the work procedures of the units within the HR Department are operating in accordance with the standards of the excellence awards and internal awards, and follow up on the improvement opportunities for all feedback reports.Follow-up and review the risk record with departments and internal audit management.Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making in HR and overall business strategy.Ensure data integrity by implementing quality checks and processes.Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve data systems, processes, and automation.Continue to develop and improve the work procedures of all departments with the Department of Institutional Excellence.Managing the department’s questionnaires, making recommendations and opportunities for improvement for senior management and following up on their implementationContribute to any new initiatives and projects specific to the Office of the Director of Management serving the Department and all its centers and offices.Work on studying and developing improvement opportunities for the administration and distributing it and discussing it with the heads of the departments after determining its own stages with them.Prepare and follow up on periodic and immediate reports on HR initiatives and work done and submit it to the HR Director.Keep track of the HR internal website and update the site in coordination HR unites.Keep informed with HR best practices and suggest best initiatives that will best serve the human resources Department.Develop and Work on performance indicators in coordination with the heads of HR SectionsPerform any other administrative tasks as needed and as entrusted to him by the Director of Management .Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferably professional certificate holders CIPD ,SHRM. At least 3 years in a related field of work, Experience in dashboards, and data analytics is a must.
