Job Description
- Knowledge of Swimming Pool Installation, Maintenance, Construction, Estimation and Planning
- Project resources planning and scheduling
- Ensuring project execution within time and budget
- Checking plans, drawing and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Ensuring that all material used are as per the specification
- Responsible for testing and commissioning of the projects
- Liaising with clients and their representative
- Managing and monitoring the contract design documents
- Liaising with any parties involved in the project sign and calculation
- Provide guidance , managerial and technical support to the team
- Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied
- Monitoring the allocated budget is properly utilized
- Ensure all the health and safety Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Civil
- Minimum 5 years UAE experience as a Civil Engineer
- Should have Swimming Pool Working experience
- Arabic speaking and writing
- Should have knowledge on survey coordination and auto cad advanced knowledge
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Supervision and CAD
- Technical understanding -Documentation skills – Safety management
- Can join immediate
- Work location Saudi Arabia
- Design skills – Project management – Manufacturing methods & procedures – Process improvement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to AED7,500.00 per month
