Job Description

• Knowledge of Swimming Pool Installation, Maintenance, Construction, Estimation and Planning
• Project resources planning and scheduling
• Ensuring project execution within time and budget
• Checking plans, drawing and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Ensuring that all material used are as per the specification
• Responsible for testing and commissioning of the projects
• Liaising with clients and their representative
• Managing and monitoring the contract design documents
• Liaising with any parties involved in the project sign and calculation
• Provide guidance , managerial and technical support to the team
• Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied
• Monitoring the allocated budget is properly utilized
• Ensure all the health and safety Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Civil
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience as a Civil Engineer
• Should have Swimming Pool Working experience
• Arabic speaking and writing
• Should have knowledge on survey coordination and auto cad advanced knowledge
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Supervision and CAD
• Technical understanding -Documentation skills – Safety management
• Can join immediate
• Work location Saudi Arabia
• Design skills – Project management – Manufacturing methods & procedures – Process improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to AED7,500.00 per month
