Description:
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory for school and office supplies which includes ordering, receiving, and allocating.
• Create a sign-in/out system for all inventory assigned to staff.
• Sign teacher’s “End of Year” closeout forms to check all technologies and school resources in the possession of teachers and academic staff.
• Prepare and type annual inventory reports, requisitions, orders, and correspondence.
• Processes documents and materials (e.g. purchase orders, warehouse orders, vendor assignments, quotes, etc.) to disseminate information to appropriate parties, follow up on incomplete or damaged orders, and/or ensure the availability of supplies and equipment.
