Description:
• Ensure identification and traceability of all food materials in store for easy retrieval.
• Receipt and stacking of Materials from the supplier as per the purchase order placed.
• Issue of materials to the site as per approved requisition.
• Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory.
• Undertaking Physical Stock taking upon instruction.
• Maintaining physical versus computer stock updating.
• Co-ordinate for any NCR reports generated at site or at the time of receipt.
• Updating the Kitchen In charge /Operation Manager with regards to the availability of materials.
• Participate IMS awareness and implementations.
• Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers as appropriate.
• Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile them with purchase orders.
• Helping the sales team by loading and offloading the stocks daily.
• Helping the sales team with the delivery process if needed.
