Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression upon their arrival.
Manage appointment bookings and maintain an organized schedule for hairstylists and other salon services.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about salon services, pricing, and availability.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including keeping brochures, product displays, and promotional materials up-to-date.
• Handling client inquiries: You will be responsible for answering any questions or inquiries that potential clients may have about the products or services offered by the institute.
• Negotiating contracts: You will be responsible for negotiating contracts with clients, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions.
