Absher Hiring for Housekeeping Supervisor / Floor Super at Dubai Full Time

• Oversee and providing training to the housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed. Assist with inventory and ensure that all housekeeping machines and equipment are properly handled and maintained.
• Screening housekeeping applicants and recommending promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards.
• Motivate team members and resolve any concerns.
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests and carry them out.
Strong personality, must be able to handle and manage a team of HK staffs, can speak fluent in English
• Stock Level Assessment: Regularly evaluating stock levels to ensure they meet demand and operational needs.
• Visual Inspections: Conducting daily visual inspections of incoming goods at our warehouse and ensuring they meet our quality standards before they are transferred to our retail shops, dealers, or customers.
