Sales Executive
Job Location : UAE
Job Description :
• Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.
• Ensure that all customer specifications and other relevant details have been addressed in the orders/contracts and comply with respective ISO 9001 / ISO 17025 requirements.
• Ensure timely receipt of payments/recovery of defaulted payments from customers and handle customer complaints.
• Evaluates and verifies sales representatives and other sales staff’s performance
• Settle any disputes in the orders and ensure that customer is satisfied with the job.
• Reports to Sales Manager in day to day operations and task.
• Prepare proposal letters for contractors and clients.
• Prepare an estimate and send Proposals/Quotations to clients.
• Process orders and ensures delivery in time.
• Managing overseas orders and shipments and ensures delivery in time
• Assist the sales manager in planning, developing and executing sales & marketing strategies.
