Job Description
Candidate must have knowledge of the UAE property market as to conduct researches
and analysis on business development plans and strategies on meeting business goals
Should be capable of project planning, project analysis, feasibility and financial analysis
of prospective projects and conducting appropriate selling and marketing strategies
within budgetary limits
Need to coordinate and interact with property agents, contractors and government
departments
Must have Bachelors degree with minimum 10 years experience in reputed property
development companies and similar projects out of which 5 years are in senior
positions
