We are looking for Arabic and English speaking Sales person.
Our company is a exciting 20 plus years old engineering design and manufacturing company for material handling, transportation and event management sectors. We are looking for dynamic sales person with great analytical and interpersonal skills who will help by increasing sales revenues and profit, get leads, find ways to improve profit. Note the compensation is base salary + commission.
Here are your responsibilities : –
1, Increase revenues and profits by getting leads from various channels (both existing, new and referrals) ,find new channels of distribution and converting them to clients. Achieve quota 60 days after training.
2, Improve closing rate by 20 percent by improving product presentation , showing value of the products to the customers. Learn complete product like via training in first 30 days and do assisted site visit in first month.
The prospect must be organized and make an impact in first 30 days . Hungry to learn to keep the skills sharp.
3, A sales person day will be filled with cold calling, prospecting and generating leads via google and social media, managing sales pipeline, provide quotes, conduct site visits, follow up with clients and close leads. Keep track of Key Point Indicators (KPI) and improve the sales process.
4, Project management, organizational planning, and execution – Do you use Getting Things Done, Pomodoro, Pareto and other ways to organize yourself and improve your productivity? Focus on important than what is urgent.
5, Great interpersonal skills – Are you a people person who can read body language and empathize with a customer? This job you will meet lots of people and solve their problems.
6, Self driven & discipline – Be self driven and disciplined to follow through your projects and show up for meetings and workplace on time. Learn to use and execute various project management, cold outreach, data collection and emailing software.
7, Analytical – Sales is about numbers , analyze the performance in excel or any other analytical tools to hone the performance.
8, Innovative and result oriented – Learn new ways to leverage the efforts and improve productivity in closing the sales and always results and goal oriented.
Great attitude, people skills and aptitude are prerequisites. Product and sales training would also be provided, base pay + commissions. There is no capping on commissions. We need self-driven people to join our team ASAP.
