The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Responsibilities:1. Generate Employee Performance report.2. Division wise reporting.3. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.4. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, scheduling orientation sessions, and assisting with employee orientation.5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our CRM database.6. Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in a timely manner.7. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.8. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.9. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.10. Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management as needed.11. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and managing departmental correspondence.Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.* Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position preferred.* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
