We are a dynamic and innovative electronics company in Dubai looking for experienced HR office Admin.Candidate must have at least 3 years of HR recruitment experience in Dubai.The Role:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive work environment, cultivating employee growth and development, and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and regulations. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and HR strategy development.What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)- At least 3 years of experience in HR management roles- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor legislation, and payroll processes.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.- Administer comprehensive HR programs including benefits, compensation, employee relations, and compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.- Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures- Develop strategies for performance management, training, and development.
