Role Description Unique Homes Worldwide Properties LLC is seeking a full-time Listing Agent to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Listing Agent, you will be responsible for representing clients during the sale or lease of their properties. You will be responsible for showcasing properties to potential buyers or renters based on their current needs, as well as handling administrative tasks associated with each property, such as drafting legal documents, conducting property valuations, and coordinating open houses and property showings. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and organizational skillsSales experience is a plusKnowledge of property sales and leasing process is preferredExperience with CRM software and online marketing tools is preferredAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a teamBachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
