Inbound Operations: Oversee & work closely with the Storekeeper team to ensure the consignment matches the shipping documents, perform quality control inspection for all goods received to check damages and ensure required quality standards are met. Coordinate & ensure goods and quantities match the received reports/invoices. Review damage report for claims purposes to ensure valid justification of claims.Outbound Operations: Oversee good picking to ensure exact quantities according to parts picking ticket/parts requisition. Coordinate with team to ensure quantities picked match relevant documents and further verify accuracy. Ensure all released goods are well packed to enable efficient handling at receiving location and prevent damage in transit. Ensure proper labeling of shipment and oversee dispatch of goods.Storage: Organize stocks, rotate and relocate inventories to facilitate easy reference and location as needed. Ensure storeroom and storeroom equipment are well maintained to secure goods in a safe and clean and orderly environment. Check inventories and verify actual location of inventories against assigned locations to ensure goods are correctly placed. Ensure stock movement within the warehouse is recorded in Auto line and reports any discrepancies.Health Safety & Environment: Ensure best safety measures are in place in stores and dispatch operations and ensure the incidents are coming to the lowest risk to staff and to business operations.Qualification:Secondary School Education Certificate.Diploma in business administration or equivalent is preferred.Experience:2 years of minimum experience in logistics/warehousing domain within automotive industry.
