Description :Provide assistance in project management and feasibility analysis to ensure that they meet specific business requirements and ensure that they adhere to the specified time period, budget and agreed quality standards.Duties and responsibilities:Periodic review of project results and presentation to the direct supervisor to take the necessary measuresContribute to communication with sector and department managers, heads of departments and external consultants to coordinate with them on projects and their requirements.Analyze and identify risks at the level of projects and executive programs of projects and document all documents.Prepare and review project progress reports and budget and identify deviations from plans in order to take the necessary corrective actions.Provide support in the preparation of project plans under the supervision of the Director of Administration and coordination with various departments and sections to contribute to the feasibility analysis of projects and reporting on them.Provide technical assistance to managers and project coordinators in demand management, project prioritization, resource allocation and regular governorate reviewsCollect important information and data necessary to meet the requirements of the realization of the projectProvide support in coordinating and scheduling the daily activities of projects to ensure that they are completed according to the specified plans.Contribute to coordination with external consultants, to organize meetings between them and members of the project management team to discuss projects and the latest developments and achievements.Research, collect and evaluate project data needed to meet project reporting and evaluation requirementsPrepare the documents required to provide information to external consultants and provide them to answer inquiries.Perform duties and other related tasks as directed.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree In business administration or project management equivalentStrong business acumen in strategic thinkingStrong knowledge in business intelligenceStrong verbal, written, and organizational skills
