Role Summary:
Systems engineers are responsible for designing and setting up an organization’s networked computing infrastructure, ensuring that the system runs smoothly and efficiently, and resolving any technical issues that may arise. They work with a team of IT specialists to design, set up and maintain a network of computers, including hardware, software, and system architecture.
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and administrative support for the projects.
• Provide level-one technical support, acts as a link between clients and next-level support.
• Coordinate between the team members to attend to different support tasks.
• Evaluate, develop and implement new processes and policies to maximize operating efficiencies and satisfy business requirements.
• Coordinate communication with appropriate personnel.
• Build and generate reports as needed. Submit reports on specified channels on a regular basis.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as well as organizing and maintaining all support documents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Adequate proficiency in Customer facing in a B2B environment.
• Experience in network management or software development.
• Previous Help desk support and help desk software experience (preferred).
• Trustworthy with ability to build long term relationships.
• Driven, well organized, independent, and enterprising as a person.
• Fluent in English and Arabic language, both written and spoken. Other languages are an advantage.
• A natural team player prepared to do what is necessary to help produce results.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and self-learner with ability to work independently to deliver results.
