Responsibilities
- Clear and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Assist the Server in providing an expertly served dining experience
Special Requirements
- Strong guest service experience
- Flexible and has a good fitness level
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Excellent ability to read and speak and write English
