It could be your task to find, develop and retain the people who go beyond exceptional every day.What You’ll DeliverYou’ll manage and maintain mailbox and calendars/schedules of DA’s HR&D leadership team membersYou’ll assist DA’s office manager and other internal stakeholders by ensuring that all data, files, and documents are maintained in an effective and required confidential mannerYou’ll manage the HR&D team training plan in close cooperation with the office managerYou’ll prepare invoices, reports, meeting minutes, letters, financial statements and other documents using MS officeYou’ll preform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, performing basic bookkeeping work and any ad-hoc administrative requestsWhat You BringYou should be educated to a Higher Diploma/ Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics/Information technology, acquired 6 months – 3 years of relevant experienceYou’ll have knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) softwareYou’ll have knowledge of calendar and scheduling softwareYou’ll have good technical knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Life at Dubai AirportsFast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business that’s all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.
