Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Nutrition, or related field.Certification as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor from a recognized organization.Strong understanding of nutrition, weight management, and lifestyle behavior change.Experience in developing personalized fitness and wellness plans for individuals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
