We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs to employees at all levels of the organization. Key duties include assessing training needs, designing curriculum, creating training materials, and conducting training sessions both in-person and virtually. The Technical Training Specialist will also be expected to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, provide feedback to participants, and make recommendations for improvements. Additionally, this role requires staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure training content is relevant and engaging. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, instructional design experience, and a proven track record of delivering effective training programs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement technical training programs and materials for employeesConduct training sessions in person or virtually to educate employees on new technologies and softwareEvaluate training needs of employees and recommend appropriate training solutionsCollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-dateMonitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvements as neededProvide one-on-one coaching and support to employees needing additional assistance with technical skillsAssist in the onboarding process by providing technical training to new hiresStay current on industry trends and best practices in technical training to continuously improve training programsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical training initiatives with company goals and objectivesMaintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Education, Training, or Information Technology.At least 2 years of experience in technical training or instructional design.Proficiency in developing training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online modules.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver training sessions to diverse audiences.Knowledge of learning management systems and other training tools to facilitate interactive and engaging training experiences.
