This role involves driving to retailer and supplier locations, assisting with product loading and unloading, supporting on-site sales efforts, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, physically capable, and committed to providing excellent service while contributing to sales initiatives and efficient product handling.Must-Have Skills and ExpertiseDriving and Logistics Experience: Valid UAE driver’s license with experience in logistics, transportation, or field delivery.Sales & Customer Service Skills: Comfortable engaging with clients and explaining product details, promotional offers, and AQAD’s service benefits.Physical Capability: Able to handle heavy lifting, loading, and unloading of goods, with attention to safety and proper product handling.Time Management: Skilled in planning and executing delivery routes efficiently to meet schedules.Teamwork and Communication: Effective communication skills to coordinate with the sales and logistics teams, as well as client contacts at delivery sites.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Delivery & Loading/UnloadingDrive to designated retailer and supplier locations to deliver and pick up goods.Load and unload products as per client and supplier requirements, ensuring safe and accurate handling.Verify delivery items against orders, ensuring quantity and quality are correct.On-Site Sales SupportProvide information about AQAD’s platform and product offerings, supporting sales efforts with retailers.Promote AQAD’s referral program, encouraging clients to refer other retailers and suppliers to the platform.Assist with product display setup and ensure promotional materials are visible at delivery points.Inventory ManagementCoordinate with suppliers and the logistics team to track and manage product inventory for deliveries.Confirm and record product details (SKUs, quantities, etc.) during pickups and deliveries for accurate inventory management.Route Planning & SchedulingPlan and follow optimized routes to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective operations.Communicate with the logistics team regarding any delays or issues encountered on the route.Safety & ComplianceFollow all UAE driving regulations and AQAD’s safety protocols during product handling and delivery.Maintain the delivery vehicle in excellent condition, reporting any issues to the logistics manager immediately.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain positive relationships with retailers and suppliers, acting as an ambassador of AQAD in the field.Respond courteously to client inquiries or concerns, providing updates on deliveries as needed.Compensation & BenefitsBasic Salary: AED 2,000Travel Allowance: AED 500Meal Allowance: AED 500Total Fixed Compensation: AED 3,000Incentives: Additional performance-based bonuses for successful delivery completions, customer satisfaction, and referrals.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)On-Time Delivery Rate: Meeting delivery schedules consistently without delays.Customer Satisfaction: Positive client feedback and successful promotion of AQAD services.Sales Support Engagement: Number of referrals generated and successful promotional efforts at retailer sites.Inventory Accuracy: Effective tracking and reporting of delivered and picked-up goods.Route Efficiency: Ability to manage routes effectively to minimize fuel costs and maximize delivery efficiency.Additional DutiesSales & Promotions CoordinationEngage with clients to provide updates on AQAD’s services, special offers, and application benefits.Distribute promotional materials and encourage clients to download and use the AQAD app.Vehicle & Equipment MaintenancePerform routine checks on the delivery vehicle and any equipment used, ensuring it meets AQAD’s safety standards.Report maintenance needs or issues promptly to prevent disruptions in delivery operations.Field ReportingMaintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and customer feedback, reporting back to the logistics and sales teams.QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a driving or delivery role within FMCG or retail industries.License: Valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record.Skills: Basic sales and customer service skills, physical fitness for product handling, and familiarity with mobile applications.Application ProcessOnline Application: Submit your application via the AQAD careers portal.Initial Screening: Selected candidates will be invited for a remote interview.Driving Assessment: Candidates may be required to complete a practical driving assessment.Final Interview: Final interview with the Logistics Manager to discuss role expectations and responsibilities.Join AQAD and help power the FMCG supply chain by supporting sales and delivery operations across Dubai.Apply today and become a vital part of our logistics team!
