We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Head of Early Talent to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, recruit, and onboard top early-career talent, including interns, recent graduates, and entry-level professionals. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to understand their talent needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.Accountability:Design and implement recruitment strategies tailored to early-career candidates.Develop relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to build a pipeline of future talent.Lead campus activation across key markets.Design, develop & deploy early-career programs (Management Trainee Programs, Internship Programs)Define, design, develop & deploy the company’s Employer Value Proposition.Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels, enhancing our visibility in the talent market.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for early talent, from job posting to offer acceptance.Source and engage with candidates through various channels including career fairs, networking events, and online platforms.Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and guide them through the hiring process.Develop and oversee onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.Collaborate with HR and department managers to create a supportive and inclusive environment for early talent.Track and report on key metrics related to early talent recruitment and onboarding.Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Partner with HR colleagues to align recruitment efforts with overall HR and business goals.Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Partner with HR colleagues to align recruitment efforts with overall HR and business goals.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on early career hiring preferred.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends in early talent hiring.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Experience working with university recruitment programs or managing internship programs.Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices in recruitment.Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies for talent acquisition
