One of the our client a leading Perfume Compound Manufacturer is currently seeking for a Sales and Marketing Manager.

Location : Sharjah – UAE

Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements:

• Proven senior B2B sales and marketing experience in perfumery compounds.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• BBA degree in business or relevant degree
• Language skills: Excellent oral and written English skills and Arabic is preferred.
• Able to work in an independent and structured manner

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
