Job Description: Admin Officer. Job Type: Full-time.
Expected Start Date: 04th April 2022.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Administration Officer for our office at Dubai.
Candidate must be available in UAE. Preferably someone with experience in interior/construction industry.
This challenging role will encompass but not be limited to:
Duties:
· Manage the company’s Administrative Department.
· Liaise with the governmental bodies and authorities when needed.
· Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day management of the office.
· Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
· Liaise with and lend necessary support to the HR, Sales and Projects team.
· Liaise between departments to ensure effective running of the office, and smooth execution of the projects.
· Liaise with clients regarding approvals, project execution and payment follow ups.
· Liaise with various building managements and other authorities as may be required during project executions.
· Scheduling meetings and recording Minutes of Meetings and necessary follow ups.
· Liaise with suppliers.
Skills Required:
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook), Reporting Skills, Data Entry Management.
· Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Confidentiality, Time Management,
· Accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.
· Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Marketing or Finance.
· Minimum 3 years of experience required.
