Your proactive outreach and ability to leverage existing networks will be essential for success.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Engage in proactive outreach to cultivate new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.Networking: Attend industry conferences and events to enhance your professional network and effectively represent our organization.Market Research: Conduct thorough research to strategically plan customer acquisition efforts tailored to market needs.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various business teams, including specialized units such as Trade Credit, Cyber, Financial, and Professional Services.Sales Proposals: Create, negotiate, and execute comprehensive sales proposals across our full suite of offerings.Due Diligence: Assist in preparing due diligence reports and presentations in response to client inquiries, collaborating with the proposal team and key stakeholders.Executive Presentations: Deliver insightful presentations and provide strategic guidance at the C-Suite level.Performance Targets: Consistently strive to exceed sales performance targets.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within our CRM system.Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal business units within the Marsh McLennan Group, including Mercer, Oliver Wyman, and Guy Carpenter.Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends in Medical and Non-Medical Insurance Products.Team Development: Offer support and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to the evolution of our New Business Strategy.Thought Leadership: Collaborate with the IMEA marketing team to support and create relevant thought leadership content for your target market.
