Maintaining organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program
Preparing all employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Maintaining the employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends.
Ensuring the proper implementation of HR policies as per the guidelines of the UAE labor law.
