Job Purpose:As an Office Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company by supporting CEO and managing critical assignments. Your responsibilities will span from various administrative and organizational tasks, supporting both the CEO and the entire Leadership team by providing strategic input, and contributes to the organization’s overall effectiveness.Duties & Responsibilities:Calendar and Appointment Management: • Coordinate the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Prioritize tasks to optimize the CEO’s time. Office Administration: • Handle emails, phone calls, and inquiries on behalf of the CEO. • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs to assist in decision-making. • Maintain filing systems and organize office supplies for CEO office. Strategic Partnership: • Act as a business partner to the CEO, understanding organizational goals and objectives. • Provide valuable input on strategic initiatives. • Assist CEO Office in monitoring projects and products development, tracking milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met in consultation with PMO. • Provide CEO Office assistance in managing critical issues such as product launch / mergers / acquisitions. Required Qualifications:1. The role demands a solid understanding of business and high emotional intelligence. 2. Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience in working with executive leadership roles. 3. Prior experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 6. Meticulous in maintaining records and managing office resources. 7. Experience in a venture building, startup studio or substantial founder experience. 8. Able to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations. 9.
