Novotech Hiring for Pre-Sales Engineer Job at Dubai Full Time

Responsible for all ELV Systems projects planning, execution, testing & commissioning, training End user, Guards, and hand-over to Clients.

Ensure that all required infra-structure needs are available/ready and this covers: Networking, power requirements, civil, mechanical and electrical to ensure smooth execution of the project delivery.

You will be responsible for presales and site work as well.

Complete Knowledge of Estimation, Tendering, Presales and Procurement

SIRA Certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Design various ELV systems including control, closed circuit television systems, turnstiles, Gate barriers, networking & Wireless Solutions, Digital Sigange, Home automation & GRMS.
• Generate BOQs, get prices from vendors and prepare required drawings
• Site Management – communicate with Site Engineer based on site from main Contractors, and/or client at time of implementing at site.
• As per design and shop drawing issued & verified by Senior Project Manager including the review of systems proposed (design approved, BOQ, Arranging Temp Sore Exclusively for our material day to day stock verification, Material auditing, Counting site usage,, etc.)
• Manages technicians, and clients or contractors assigned workers towards actual implementation at site and oversee, through the work of senior technicians, collecting the daily progress report sketched on the shop drawing issued to the Senior Technicians also advising an alternative plan if any changes found during work implementations (site customization) as well to the general technicians and occasionally labor/production
• You will be fully responsible for creating the test reports based on cabling ,terminations, power management , DB schedule list assigning to the MEP contractors, shop drawing updating based on site amendment, corrections phase, inspection and final certification activities
• You has to produce progress reports tracking on the current job and reports of other site status of project to excel format ,or on the PM scheduled MSP timeline., additional and variation work and other similar reports relevant to project execution training the Senior Technicians on the new systems according to the manual instructions of the product ,as well trouble shooting on panel breakdown, hardware and software and all other technical aspect
• Support with on site amendment design, BOQ variation adding devices or replacement with full spec/data sheets, review pre-qualification of the different products and proceed to procurement
• Product presentation and technical deep diving to prospects, customers and partners. Conducting and documenting successful PoCs and live demos
• Attend Pre-Bid Meetings.
• Co-ordinate with the customer and the technical team to develop prototypes for proof-of-concept for the client and try ensuring the project for the organization.
• Organize exhibitions, seminars, workshops etc., addressing RFI / RFP / RFQ responses in an extensive, formally excellent and timely manner.
• Presales and RFP / RFI processing / response management / RFP / PQQ / ITT / RFI receipts and analysis.
• Analyze customer’s current product development / solution needs and doing a gap analysis.
• Customization and localization of product documentation.
• Keeping a healthy and positive relationship with key customers and partners, meeting them regularly and keeping them up to date with the latest product releases and new features.
• Visit the prospective clients to understand their requirements, presentations and discussions.
• Assist sales teams in developing local partnerships and overall ecosystem for solution offerings.

Work Experience

• 2-3 years work experience in Dubai
• Good Project Management skills
• Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
