• Represents a balanced sales effort for range of software products and services knowledge and selling skills.
• Owning and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting account management / customer relationships.
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
• Effectively communicate the values proposition through proposals and presentations
• Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports
• Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Understands customer’s decision-making process, goals, objectives and strategies.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Should have strong account engagement skills
• Proven sales executive experience, meeting and exceeding targets in software product sales
• Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales director
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Demonstrate experience as head of sales, developing client focussed, differentiated and achievable solutions
• Excelling verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing / Business Administration and relevant field
• Minimum 15-20 years BD/ Sales in software and IT Services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 – AED30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• IT Sales: 10 years (Preferred)
