You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support delivery of the operating model and will have the key responsibility of supervising and directing the operations of Shared Services while promoting process standardization within the Bank. This position requires close cooperation with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider and internal stakeholders to guarantee streamlined and efficient service delivery.
