Are you a proactive and customer-oriented individual with a passion for automobiles? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Auto Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will have UAE experience, a strong background in sales, and expertise in both German and American car brands.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services.Consult with customers to understand their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.Provide accurate estimates for service and repair costs and explain service recommendations to customers.Utilize strong sales skills to upsell additional services and products to customers.Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.Maintain customer records and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.Stay updated on automotive industry trends and advancements.Requirements:UAE experience in the automotive industry is required.Proven track record in sales, preferably in an automotive service environment.Knowledge of both German and American car brands.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver’s license is a plus.Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Health insurance and other benefits package.Opportunities for training and career advancement.Dynamic and supportive work environment.If you have the passion and experience to excel as an Auto Service Advisor, we want to hear from you!
