We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer support Executive who will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.Responsibilities:• Manage a large amount of incoming phone calls• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesRequirements and Skills:• Proven customer support experience • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (CRM software) and telephone systems• Languages: Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and English
