Installing and configuring computer hardware like servers, desktops, laptops, software, IT networks, printers, scanners,telephone systems, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems.Maintaining IT hardware and software inventory.Configuring and managing Avaya IP phones.Setting up accounts for new users, on-boarding and off-boarding employees. Certified professionals in Microsoft and Networking would be most preferred. Proficient user of Windows 10/11, Microsoft365, and Active Directory, and can provide support for these applications.
