Job Responsibilities:

• Train teachers and other staff by planning classroom curriculum and training teachers of various backgrounds.
• Help teachers set progress goals for their classrooms and students. Should be able to evaluate their current knowledge level. Set goals based on current knowledge level.
• Implementing the right methodology and style in conducting classes.
• Develop Training specific curriculum and activities.
• Remaining up-to-date with developments in the field of educating and training methodologies.
• Be able to measure teachers’ performance and provide performance improvement plans for the teachers.
• Be able to handle both one-on-one sessions and group sessions, online or classroom.
• Working with each aspirant closely to understand their knowledge gap and helping them close it by conducting various exercises.
• Assessing the teachers’ feedback and developing an action plan to improvise.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in teacher training.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a teacher or principal or a similar role.
• PhD or Master’s degree in Education or relevant field.
• Must be fluent in English language.
• Prior UAE work experience is necessary.
• Must be familiar with modern software and teach management systems used in the educational and training industry.
• Passionate about teaching and educating, must have patience and the right attitude in dealing with students and aspirants.
