Tiffany & Co. is an international hallmark of quality, and our careers are no exception. We are now hiring for an Accounts Payable Supervisor for the Middle East & Africa cluster to have responsibility for the Accounts Payable function for the market.

This role has 1 direct report.

Your role in the Tiffany Legacy.

You will work under the direction of the Financial Controller and supervise the Accounts Payable Accountant.

Key Accountabilities include (but are not limited to):

• Ensure a Robust Control environment in Accounts Payable
• Ensure all invoices are approved in line with the company Delegation of Authority
• Ensure all Vendor review and compliance is completed and in line with company procedures
• Process and post invoices
• Raise payment proposals and enter payments into the bank
• Ensure all invoices and payments are posted timely
• Ensure all suppliers receive remittance and their accounts are reconciled
• Ensure all AP mailboxes are reviewed all queries are responded to daily
• Prepare and analyze aged creditor reports monthly
• Set up monthly trade payments
• Manage the employee expenses process
• Ensure supplier records are maintained in all systems
• Prepare Accounts Payable KPIs

To be the next Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team, you must have:

• 3-5 years Accounts Payable experience
• Must be well presented, outgoing and self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with JD Edwards is a bonus.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
