Position: Company DriverResponsibilitiesTransportation:Safely drive company vehicles to transport employees, clients, and goods to designated locations.Follow traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of passengersSchedule Adherence:Adhere to a predetermined schedule for pick-up and drop-off of individuals or goods.Plan routes and schedules to optimize efficiency.Vehicle Maintenance:Conduct routine checks on the vehicle to ensure its proper functioning.Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking oil, fuel, brakes, and tires.Report any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate authorities.Cleanliness:Keep the company vehicle clean and well-maintained.Ensure the interior is tidy, and the exterior is presentable.Documentation:Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.Submit timely reports on any incidents, accidents, or damages to the vehicle.Customer Service:Provide a high level of customer service to passengers, clients, and other stakeholders.Assist with loading and unloading goods if necessary.Compliance:Comply with all local traffic laws and regulations.Ensure the vehicle is properly registered and insured.Communication:Maintain effective communication with the office or relevant personnel regarding schedules and any issues encountered during transportation.RequirementsValid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.Previous experience as a company driver or a similar role.Familiarity with the local roads and traffic regulations.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful driving situations.Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and carrying.About ANAX HoldingKingsmen Agency is a 360 marketing and advertising management company based in the UAE.
