Clinic Operation ManagerThe role will have a focus on operations to lead our healthcare facility. The operation manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations, overseeing administrative tasks, and managing staff to deliver high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, healthcare management experience, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient service.Financial Package:Monthly Salary of 15,000 AED Annual 30-day paid leaveHealth InsuranceWork ResidencyReporting To: Clinic CEO Primary Respobsibilities:Work with the C.E.O and clinical directors to create, strategies for Clinic growth and team growthOversee and optimize clinic operations to ensure the efficient delivery of patient care. Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating strategies.Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to obtain favorable terms and pricing. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff, including doctors and nurses, administrative personnel, and support staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and training to support staff development. Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Oversee appointment scheduling, patient intake processes, and workflow to optimize patient access and minimize wait times.Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing, coding, and collection procedures. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the clinic complies with all relevant healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and quality standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and implement necessary changes to remain in compliance. Implement quality assurance programs to continuously improve the standard of care provided.Experience and qualifications3 years of experience as a clinic operations manager in the health care industry.Bachelor Degree (Preferred in relevant field).
