Responsibilities:

• Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
• Understand and interpret the client business requirements and create enterprise application product solutions that best meet the client needs.
• Offer bespoke solutions by specifying, designing and implementing moderate level changes to existing products. Propose product direction, as well as technical and functional specifications with compelling rationale.
• Break down product features by feasibility, desirability and viability; provide functionality-based recommendations to all internal / external stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert across apps, work with cross-functional teams to drive apps digital transformation.
• Collaborate with various other teams, Oracle, SAP, Custom Apps, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Project Management.

Financial / Sales Support

• Create business process and/or Information technology plans based on an understanding of the customer’s organizational strategic direction, technology, context and business needs.
• Articulate cost benefit analysis and build business cases / Architecture / proposal.
• Develop costs strategies and integrated pricing strategies encompassing multiple lines of business.
• Work with Sales Executives and Account Executives and facilitates presentation of business processes and technical solution articulating the benefits and value proposition of the proposed solution to the client.
• Proactively work with client to identify needs and works closely with various internal teams to address them.
• Support sales engagements by designing winning solution proposals, leading product demos, developing business cases, and driving CXO level engagements.
• Follows governance and sales processes and procedures.

Solution Architecture

• Responsible for the overall delivery of ERP and other solutions based on Client’s business requirements.
• Apply enterprise industry knowledge to identify and recommend integrated solutions to support enterprise’s accomplishments of business goals.
• Leads others in the definition of the project scope, plans, methodology and deliverables including costs projections and proposed implementation dates working with internal stakeholders.
• Research, analyse, recommends and proposes new technologies, standard processes, tools and techniques.
• Architects, designs and develops integrated business processes and/or engineering systems and products to support the achievements of the customer’s and Injazat’s business goals.
• Reviews other business process and/or system and programming designs to ensure selection of appropriate technology or solution, efficient use of resources and integration of multiple systems and technologies.
• Work effectively with internal stakeholders in identifying and documenting transition and all delivery aspects of the projects, develop the technical scope of work and communicate to Account Managers, Project Managers and delivery resources.
• Proactively identifies issues and risks as part of the solution governance exercise that may impact the solution/engagement with mitigation approach under minimal supervision.
• Provides input to the costs and pricing models.
• Provide required technical solution and/or inputs to the Bid Managers and Pursuit leads/sales/account managers for the proposal development.
• Provide leadership on technology and ERP domain area to device a compelling business solution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
• Good knowledge on technologies like ERP, BI, Data Analytics, Digital transformation, Oracle cloud etc.
