Job Description and Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Finance
Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience as executive secretary, PA to Director or Senior Management in large reputable company / group / government / legal firm or Audit Firm
Excellent computer and MS office skills with high typing speed in English and Arabic
Can translate English to Arabic and vis versa
Highly organized and proactive with can do attitude
Ability to take ownership and initiative along with a problem solving and decision-making aptitude
