Role Purpose:
The role of the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is to support the team through effective implementation of all talent acquisition of team leadership, sourcing strategy development and execution, program design and implementation. This role will ensure GS TA Shared Service Delivery through efficient management of the end to end delivery of TA activities.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Ensure the Talent Acquisition process and ensure adherence to Majid Al Futtaim policies and procedures, from all involved parties.
Oversee and facilitate full recruitment life cycle (from sourcing through offer closing stage) for key/critical roles.
Support the design and implementation of recruitment well-defined strategies to deliver a high-quality candidate experience while ensuring SLA’s are met according to timelines.
Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (Business Leadership and Hiring Managers, HC Business Partners) and external partners (head hunters, vendors, etc.)
Effectively communicate recruitment updates to stakeholders through written communication and meeting facilitation.
Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs as well as evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and implementation.
Streamline the screening processes to ensure the selection of top talent is completed within agreed SLAs.
Ensure that diverse channels are being used efficiently to identify strong job candidates to promote and support a strong talent pipeline.
Continuously leverage and maintain our applicant tracking system.
Provide coaching and best practices for sourcing, selecting and interviewing.
Assist with ad-hoc projects within the People Team
Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process.

Minimum experience
Must have had at least 6+ years in working experience in a recruiting position, preferably as a senior recruiter in a highly competitive and dynamic environment.
Proven and successful experience leading a high-performing recruiting team for a business, resulting in the acquisition and retention of top talents in the market.
Experience working with full-cycle recruiting as well as have a broad understanding of general HR requirements, preferably recruitment in the Middle East.
Minimum Qualifications/education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this position.
