We are seeking a top-quality Business Development Coordinator / Administrator for our Dubai Head Office. Candidates must currently reside in Dubai to be considered for this position.
You must be a high calibre professional, keen to work as part of our team of highly dynamic and professional business development specialists, and administrative staff.
The key competencies we seek are: previous business development experience; the aptitude to communicate in a dynamic and positive way, both internally within the office environment, and when dealing with clients on the phone; a positive work ethic; attention to detail; dependability; a totally ‘customer focused’ outlook; skills to competently work with MS Office; and preferably, fluency in spoken and written English. You also need to be able to work under pressure, be target-driven, and a self-motivated team player, demonstrate a consistently proactive approach, with first-rate planning and organizing skills.
The package includes: basic salary, plus allowances, and monthly bonuses for achieving certain targets.
The Role
The overall aim of the role is to work with the assigned Business Development Manager and Client Relations Executive, to maximise the overall business potential of the company, while ensuring efficient and effective handling of assigned administrative functions.

The working week is Monday to Friday. However, candidates will be expected to work extra hard to meet targets and deadlines. If this means putting in longer hours at times, then you should be prepared to do this.
