• Responsibilities & Duties:
• Initiate and nurture relationships with brokers in Dubai to sell exclusive projects both ready and off-plan.
• Show properties/mock-up rooms to the brokers and potential buyers
• Consistent follow up throughout the sales process.
• Clear communication through the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
• Successfully convert company leads.
• Maintain and expand relationships
• Keep up to date with the market including new developments and changes in regulations

The tasks will not be limited to the above and from time-to-time company may require additional support in various areas of business

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving license
• Proficient use of written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of UAE Property market with minimum 2 years of experience in the field. Developer sales experience is a must.
• Good network / database of investors and brokers.
• Positive and hardworking attitude with good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to AED10.00 per month
