Our client is a Dubai Marine based luxury resort & spa hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for overall operation of the Club by providing excellent guest services, supervision, direction and leadership of the Club
Oversees all clubs operations including rules, merchandise inventory, range operations, player service operations, cart fleet, and may assist with F&B operations.
Manage all club activities and analyze all financial performance, organize work for all staff and recommend solutions to increase productivity of the Club
Develop all profit and loss statements for Club and prepare required operating plan
Trains and guides all the team members so that they can carry out their duties efficiently and effectively at all times
Plans and rosters of staff accurately to ensure sufficient manpower to provide the highest level of service to the Club members
Cultivates and maintain close relationship with all the Club members
Skills and Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality or relevant qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences in managing a Club/Hotel/Service Apartment
Ability to think out of the box with good problem-solving skills and resourceful
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
Computer literacy
Flexible with schedule and available to work on weekend and public holiday
