Your Role:
Managing and responding to inbound leads via telephone and email.
Review prospect’s profile background and do preliminary eligibility evaluation.
Explain the detailed process and costs involved in one to one consultation.
Following up on leads whilst providing ongoing guidance and advice
Convert them into sales and achieve your targets.
Manage your database of leads.
Assisting new clients in preparing their case file.
Processing PR and Business Investment files for the assigned clients.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to generate referral business.
You must have following skills
Excellent Communication Skills. (English, Hindi)
Target Oriented- Must be able to achieve the given sales targets within the allotted time frame.
Must be comfortable to do cold calling and should be active on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Candidate should possess the ability to generate leads through referrals, cold calling, schedule appointments for meetings, follow-ups, and closure of the deals.
