Overview

The brand onboarding specialist will join KRUSH within the operations team and will own the relationships with key internal and external stakeholders + vendors/suppliers serving the complete business. The brand onboarding specialist will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of the program and day-to-day delivery of services.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate effectively between brand owners and all other departments including: kitchen, operations, production, cost control, and training
• Update and maintain the onboarding status within the KRUSH database/system
• Ensure that chefs and teams assigned to new brands meet required standards in terms of brand knowledge and product quality
• Liaising with brand owners when necessary to facilitate a successful onboarding and launch process
• Support with recipe and menu creations;
• Validate that recipe cards and packaging SOPs meet required brand standards and operational considerations
• Ensure the transfer of knowledge between onboarding and operational team members
• Identify equipment requirements
• Identify headcount requirements and oversee the execution of training in an effective manner
• Ensure complete procurement of brand specific launch requirements
• Identify areas of opportunity and implement effective training methods for new brand onboardings
• Support with the pre-launch final food tastings
• Monitor consistency between all kitchen locations
• Coordinate with brand managers/brand owners to ensure a smooth transitional period
• Ensure all key components of the brand are effectively communicated with all departments
• Carry out any other duties as required by management

Requirements:

• The candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in a similar job with strong experience in kitchen operations
• Bachelors’ degree in management or relevant field.
• Must be fluent in English. Written and spoken Arabic preferred
• Self-driven, confident, and passionate about the restaurant industry/local brands.
• Excellent communication and people management skills, have the ability and drive to build relationships and work well under pressure
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Good computer skills (MS Office), POS, and other relevant industry related software programs
