Senior Design Architect

Job Roles:

1. Liaising with the clients and understanding the thorough requirements before starting the project.

2. Creating mood boards and design templates

3. Designing Residential projects, mostly Villas including the Layout, Exterior, and Landscapes

4. Preparing and submitting final designs to the client, including the 3D Render images

5. Communicating rest of the team to ensure the project passes to other stages of the project and coordination between them

Requirements:

1. At least 5yrs+ of working experience in UAE

2. Excellent knowledge and experience in designing modern villas projects in UAE or the middle east

3. Able to use the Software like Revit

4. Excellent communication skills, polite and patience

5. Able to do the 3D rendering of the designs

6. Team player and great design taste and thinking out of the box approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
