This is a newly created headcount within the People & Talent team, as Coda continues to grow globally. We are looking for someone who will work collaboratively and will be responsible for assisting in all functional areas of People & Talent to support our people strategy.
Responsibilities:
Support the People Business Partners while partnering with cross-functional teams globally to ensure that our people objectives align with business objectives
Build strong rapport and trust with people managers and individual contributors to understand and provide counsel on people & culture challenges
Support people programs and culture initiatives that cultivate an environment which elevate the growth, productivity, and engagement of Codans
Coach and advise managers on employee relations and talent management (learning & development, performance reviews, employee experience)
Work cross-functionally within the People & Talent team, and acting as a strategic advisor to the People Business Partners and providing internal support and driving impactful initiatives and programs
Respond to employee inquiries on policies, employee benefits and other people matters in a timely manner
Other adhoc assignments/projects as required
Requirements:
7+ years of generalist experience in high growth, global companies
Regional experience is a must-have while global experience is nice-to-have
A strong track record of being a solid HR generalist in a culturally diverse organization
A high degree of ownership and ability to work collaboratively
Excellent English communication skills – convey confidence, empathy and trust to build effective relationships
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage sensitive issues tactfully
Well versed in employment law and regulations for 2-3 Asian countries with the ability to learn quickly for other geographies
Organized, with a strong track record of executing, strategizing, and following through with urgency
