This is a newly created headcount within the People & Talent team, as Coda continues to grow globally. We are looking for someone who will work collaboratively and will be responsible for assisting in all functional areas of People & Talent to support our people strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Support the People Business Partners while partnering with cross-functional teams globally to ensure that our people objectives align with business objectives
• Build strong rapport and trust with people managers and individual contributors to understand and provide counsel on people & culture challenges
• Support people programs and culture initiatives that cultivate an environment which elevate the growth, productivity, and engagement of Codans
• Coach and advise managers on employee relations and talent management (learning & development, performance reviews, employee experience)
• Work cross-functionally within the People & Talent team, and acting as a strategic advisor to the People Business Partners and providing internal support and driving impactful initiatives and programs
• Respond to employee inquiries on policies, employee benefits and other people matters in a timely manner
• Other adhoc assignments/projects as required

Requirements:

• 7+ years of generalist experience in high growth, global companies
• Regional experience is a must-have while global experience is nice-to-have
• A strong track record of being a solid HR generalist in a culturally diverse organization
• A high degree of ownership and ability to work collaboratively
• Excellent English communication skills – convey confidence, empathy and trust to build effective relationships
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage sensitive issues tactfully
• Well versed in employment law and regulations for 2-3 Asian countries with the ability to learn quickly for other geographies
• Organized, with a strong track record of executing, strategizing, and following through with urgency
