JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional HSEQ Manager provides support to the global business and region in Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality assurance. While the Regional HSEQ Manager is not directly responsible for HSEQ performance of the assets/facilities within their region, they are responsible for the identification of trends and enabling corrective action and continual improvement with their region. Therefore, the HSEQ performance of an asset or facility is an indirect indicator of the performance and leadership displayed by the Regional HSEQ Manager.

Champion the Company Business/HSEQ Management System and applicable policies, standards, and procedures across the global organization including being a catalyst for the organizations Core Values and driving continual improvement to deliver greater enterprise value.Provide HSEQ advice based on recognized best practices and incompliance with applicable international, regional, and local regulations for assets and facilities managed within your region.As a HSEQ subject matter expert, seeks out opportunities and support reviews of Control of Work Documents, Risk Assessments, HSEQ Plans and Selection Criteria for Contractors, whereby advising on HSEQ risks and how identified risks can be effectively controlled to acceptable levels.Provide advice and support to Business Development and Project Managers on HSEQ issues within your region. This includes interfacing with the local authorities on HSEQ matters relating to existing and new projects within your region.Provide advice to internal and external customers on HSEQ matters associated with assets and facilities operating within your region.Manage program (incident/CAR review and lessons reporting, D&A testing, etc.) and regulatory HSEQ reporting to the authorities for assets and facilities within your region.Develop HSEQ procedures that support global and regional enterprise needs.Manage the internal and external ISM/MLC/ISPS/ISO audit schedule for assets and facilities within your region including follow up to external parties and ensuring the audits are accurately maintained in NSE.Manage program and undertake internal audits and performance reviews as required by company procedures.Verify Audit CARS and Close Out as required by company procedures.Provide Corrective Action Request status reports to stakeholders within the region to enable a timely follow up by the responsible action party.Plan, conduct and follow up on HSEQ training for assets and facilities within your region.Plan, conduct and follow up on HSEQ Competency Assurance Assessments for assets and facilities within your region.Support the Security Team, Operational Excellence Team, Quality Team and Marine Risk Team in management system development and training.Support the continual development of the talent pool on HSEQ matters working within your region.Support ETM crewing conferences requirements as requested.Review training courses and training material and provide feedback to enable enterprise value.Provide regional incident management support.Manage the incident Management Module in NSE for assets and facilities within your region, others are required/for back up, in compliance with company procedures.Lead Incident Investigations for assets and facilities within your region as required by procedures.Conduct periodic trend analysis of Substandard Acts & Conditions, Near Misses and Incidents to enable learning and continual improvement through the development of people, plant, and processes.Collect, review, analyze and distribute HSEQ reporting data and trends for assets and facilities within your region.Develop and implement global and regional HSEQ initiatives and campaigns.

ABOUT YOU:

Bachelor’s degree from accredited University.3+ years’ experience, in areas of Safety, Security, Health, Environmental and Quality of parts thereof.Experience auditing and training in a Marine and/or Oil & Gas environment.Marine Operations experience (Licensed Seafarer and/or Shoreside Management) preferred.Incident Investigation Certified.Certification as internal auditor in ISO, ISM, ISPS and/or MLC required.NEBOSH certification preferred.Fluent in English (required)
