Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain excel formats for HR operations
• Assist in designing compensation and benefits packages
• Assist in implementing performance review procedures
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
• Act as the point of contact regarding documentation requirements
• Create and run referral bonus programs
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department along with the Managers
