Assist in formulating the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
Develop financial and tax strategies
Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction in terms of maximizing the profitability and liquidity
Manage and oversee the financial operations of accounting, controlling, budgeting, investor / shareholder relations, tax, and treasury
Implement financial best practices and continuously develop the financial SOPs
Oversee the issuance of financial information and report the financial resulted to EXCOM and BOD
Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
Monitor and direct the operating cash flows and ensure cash flow is appropriate for organization’s operations and investing activities
Setup and oversee the organization’s IT system (SAP).

Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
Masters degree or MBA
CPA (preferred)
Retail experience (preferred)
Experience with ERP system (SAP preferred)
Proven work experience in multi million turnover organization
20 years of overall combined finance and accounting experience
5 years of relevant experience
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Strong financial planning, modeling and strategy setting skills
Strong ability of problem solving, conflict management and to deal with complexity
Promoting process improvement
Fluent in English (Bilingual preferred)
